Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Nothing like a daily walk to keep the energy going... And with the nice weather that we enjoy all year-long in Barcelona, there's no excuse to skip it!

Michael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this idea?

Yes... for many food items, paying a higher price means better quality, a better retribution of the farmer. Organic food, AMAP system in France... not cheaper but better tasting, healthier habits and better for the environment of course
