    Nature Leave No Trace
Educator Stephanie Kaza advises her students to focus on what they care about most when addressing the enormity of ecological problems. Is there a specific area you feel particularly called to work on?

The specific area I feel called to work on is respecting wildlife. I think that people destroy wildlife homes to often causing our wildlife to die. I also think that our wildlife is essential to our planet and without it our planet will eventually become unlivable. If we encourage people to respect all wildlife our planet will remain beautiful and  livable.

    Nature Enjoy the Sunrise/Sunset
Father Thomas Berry says, "...our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." Respond to Berry's assertion.

I think Thomas Berry's assertion is extremely insightful. Our primary purpose is to celebrate days and seasons passing by. We need to celebrate and appreciate the beauty in nature that is around us every day. Many people don't notice the beautiful sunrise or sunset. Many people don't realize the way that the wold is changing around us every day. Berry is trying to tell people that they need to notice and celebrate each new day and build deeper relationship with planet earth.

    Simplicity Eat Mindfully
Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

When I ate mindfully I didn't get tired after I was done eating and I had a wonderful conversation with my little sister. Mindful eating was also different from eating with distractions because I enjoyed my food more and was focused more on my food.
