    I allow myself to feel the emotion whether its sadness, anger or anxiety. Allowing myself the space to feel without internal judgment helps the moment pass and put things into perspective.

    I have found turning off electronics an hour before bedtime helpful.

    Yes. I still feel the pull to have sugar but I am doing great at refraining
