    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    I can incorporate other personal values by doing a plan. I can do this by setting a timer to each thing at a certain time. For example, i can study for 20 minutes then watch my favorite show for 1 hour. I know this will help me because I won't be so stress worrying about doing something and then doing something else.

    I can incorporate other personal values by setting a timer and doing each thing one by one. For example, i can start studying for 20 minutes and then exercise for 40 minutes. I would want to set a timer because it helps me get through each thing without worrying.
