REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Maryl Fisher 10/03/2019 10:51 AMHaving a busy lifestyle makes it difficult to prepare healthy food at home. Fast food is so readily available in the US and it is easy to go through the drive-thru rather than go to the grocery store and cook a meal. REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Choose a Carbon OffsetA round-trip flight from New York City to Los Angeles emits just over 1.5 tons of CO2—per person. That’s a lot of carbon! What can you do to reduce the number of flights you take per year?
