Sarah Fazio 10/16/2019 10:59 AMOne of the categories that I chose was to eat more fruit and veggies, something that I have changed was to have a big bag of grapes in my lunch everyday. My dad also found this vegetable sort of thing called micro greens, it's technically baby vegetables before there fully developed. It says that a pinch of it for every sitting is the same as a big bowl of it, for example I like the broccoli, one of the best parts about it is that it doesn't look, taste, or smell like it.-
