    I feel less stressed and happier when I'm not running around crazy trying to get more hours of the day in. It's important to take time for yourself to better take care of your family and for your mental health and for your overall wellbeing.

    I dont like messy areas in my home and I don't like clutter, so I'm good with decluttering often and reducing items that I really don't need.

    I didn't think I was addicted to sugar but I wanted to be aware of my sugar intake because diabities runs in my famiy

    I plan to put it  in my kids college savings account!
