What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

we always gotta work on grabbing paper over plastic. I try my brst to bring a coffee cup where I go so I don't use their cups because that's one of my daily habits that I noticed had a bigger impact than I ever thought

What are the implications of access to nutritious food for a community?

some implications could be their ladscape and how far away from bigger cities people live can be a vbig factor on how and what they eat. some people will do what they do because its hip but not the healthiest ive noticed rural areas to usually have a farmers market that's popping more than the local Kroger or safeway.
