    I see all the leaves falling and changing colors while I'm on the walk and I admire it because it's so beautiful to see.

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    If I am rushing in the morning I won't have time to use a reusable water bottle and fill it up. I can fix this by waking up earlier and filling the bottle up right after i wake up so I don't have to worry about it later.

    I would like to calm myself when I'm stressed more and reflect on those actions when i get stressed again.

    I can exercise with my friends and run around the track at my school or at the park near my house.
