REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Choose Organic IngredientsIt is often said that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” What is your response to that statement?
Kim Diercks 10/17/2019 4:40 PMI think we can absolutely feed the world with organic food. Factory farming is harmful to the soil and to our communities in general. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Kim Diercks 10/17/2019 10:37 AMIt's a challenge to keep a reusable mug with me at all times just in case I feel like a latte. They don't fit well in purses. But, it's a great feeling to minimize disposable cups to lessen our landfills. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Kim Diercks 10/17/2019 10:35 AMMy favorite part of my week is walking with my girlfriends on the weekends. We catch up and then treat ourselves to coffee when we're done. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Kim Diercks 10/17/2019 10:34 AMGratitude frames our outlooks so that our perception filters are balanced and aren't coming from a selfish place.
