Who knew I could save 1.1 lbs of CO2 every day just by powering down my monitors instead of just letting them stay in sleep mode while I'm not using the computer.  One of the easiest ways I can help the planet, by turning off my monitors once my work day is complete.

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

Exercising on a consistent basis has given me more energy throughout the day especially towards the afternoon.  I have also noticed a significant change in my heart rate.  Lowering my resting heart rate.

    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

I never realized exactly how much of my day was spent with social media.  I have been spending way to much time on social media when I could have been spending more time with my family and friends.  It's been nice to spend more direct quality time with friends and family instead of interacting online via social media.
