    walking or being active daily allows me time to clear my mind, helps me be more alert and focus at work, and helps me sleep more soundly!

    Walking or running instead of driving gets me to slow down and be more present with my surroundings.

    Spent a little time walking around Chicago this weekend.  It's such an inspiring city!
