REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go get a check upHow do you practice self care?
Jeremiah Clinchoc 10/15/2019 5:04 PMGot a clean bill of health from the doctor today! Thankful that my employer motivates me to get an annual check-up. First time I have been to a doctor in over 3 years! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Jeremiah Clinchoc 10/10/2019 10:46 AMWe were taking our dogs for a drive and stopped at a local fruit pop up station. We bought triple the amount of fruit we normal buy from a grocery store for about the same price. It was not only more affordable, but it taste better as well. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Jeremiah Clinchoc 10/10/2019 10:43 AMUsing a 32 oz bottle makes me keep better track of how much water I am drinking a day. When i use plastic bottles i don't keep track of how much i am drinking -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth More Fruits and VeggiesHow does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?
Jeremiah Clinchoc 10/10/2019 10:42 AMAfter marriage we agreed to eat healthier and eat less frozen foods. It makes energy levels better! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Jeremiah Clinchoc 10/10/2019 10:41 AMI've been making sure I go to bed on the "left side" side of midnight and when i naturally wake up at 7am. I feel like i have a lot more energy -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Research My Investment PortfolioIn what ways can you increase the positive impacts and decrease the negative impacts of your financial investments?
Jeremiah Clinchoc 10/08/2019 8:02 AMMy retirement account is a basic pre-selected fund. It was interesting to see what companies are in my portfolio and to research the companies environmental impacts. It seems that a-lot of companies have or are making a transition to becoming more sustainable. It is a great thing to see.
