    when colleagues facing stopper and challenging, stay by him/her side. Silent accompany sometimes is the best support & our caring eyes will encourage them.

    when the surrounding is beautiful and peace, it will automatically carry the 'qi' to your inner heart which calm you down. your mind will not running like roller coaster, up & down in seconds
