    I usually exercise by going out to a bike route with the family to ride a bike or even just walk.

    The next step to reducing water waste is trying to reduce the amount the water I use for ice when going out somewhere.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    To me  I don't see any barriers, just getting into the habit is a difficult thing.
