REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go get a check upHow do you practice self care?
Juli Case 10/09/2019 5:54 AMI'm not good at self care, which is why making an appointment was a big deal to me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Juli Case 10/02/2019 9:42 AMI've started setting an alarm on my phone for when I should be getting to bed. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Juli Case 10/02/2019 9:40 AMI'm single and foods are often packaged in such large quantities that it can be difficult for me to eat everything before it spoils. Rather than throwing food away, I'd rather save that money for a vacation.
