High Impact Action Track Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

I use mesh produce bags and, regardless of store, Trader Joe's shopping bags... I also us REI bags, the wide ones.

Showing and expressing gratitude helps change how you view the world.  It is a self-fulfilling prophecy... the more gratitude you express: the more things you notice that you are grateful for.  Showing and expressing gratitude pushes the negativity of the world away and allows positive emotional and spiritual growth.
