    I almost didn't look at social media at all today. Since the challenge, I've been looking at Instagram once per day and for less than 10 minutes each time. I hope to continue this trend after the eco challenge is over.

    Until this challenge, I didn't realize how many vegetarian meals I eat.

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I only look at Instagram for 10 or fewer minutes once per day.  I only have an account because my pre-teen niece took my phone and made an account for me before I knew it.  I've never used facebook or any other social media format. I am very low-tech.  I am glad I decided to limit my instagram time to 10 minutes or fewer once per day. I do think that many people spend way too much time on social media, though, and  it is very unfortunate.

    Amen to that!  If you eat more healthfully, you will likely be sick less often. 
    P.S.  I had dinner with Micheal Pollan many years ago.
