    I have started going to bed earlier.  The TV shows can wait till tomorrow.  I feel better rested and I found my weight loss is better with more rest.

    I disagree.  As we progress in times so has organic farming.

    Eating a healthy diet leads to better health.  I'd rather pay for fresh organic goods than processed items.
