  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

It has been proven that spending more time outside can boost your mood and improve your overall health an I think this would definetly apply who spend most of their time outdoors.

Practicing gratitude is important because it helps me to stay more positive and look on the bright side of things. No matter what you're going through, there will always be something to be thankful for and practicing gratitude helps you to do that. It's also important because I want others around me to feel the same way too.
