i did a lot of thing yesterday i had planted a tree in my back yard i also made my family start to eat healthy plus i hung outside more then i walked my dog around my blocked 

i had spent time with my dog outside , then i even helped cook a healthy dinner , which was a ceasar salad with a croissant  

well i saved food and spend more time outside too lus i help cook a healthy dinner 

well my chanleged is going pretty great and that im am starting to get my parents into it
