    My challenge is going good. I finished all of them. The easiest one for me was to go outside everyday for at least 30 minutes. I mostly go outside to go on my trampoline, facetime my friends, or play with my dog. The hardest challenge for me was to sleep 7 hours the least. I can never fall asleep so that is why it is the hardest right now

      Keep trying to get more sleep!  That affects everything else you do.  Try to keep doing the activities, even when the EcoChallenge is over.  What's your dog's name?
