Kristine Allen 10/23/2019 6:21 PMI didn't think I was addicted to sugar but when I do eat sugar it is easy to realize how you could get addicted. Not eating sugar does make your whole body feel better from your teeth to your stomach. I also don't miss the sleepy slump you get a couple hours after eating sugar. -
