You've summed up many of the effects of climate change that are brought about when too many greenhouse gasses enter our atmosphere. That includes methane gas from cattle and beef production.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Skip the Straw
How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

You can incorporate the "R"s into your life style is by basically not just throwing it away from one use.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

You can make this a habit by using refillable water bottles and get the thing that purifies water so you don't have to be putting even more plastic in the landfill.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Water Say No to Plastic Straws
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

I don't use plastic straws because I don't get the point of like a single use starw, and I have refillable coffee cups
