Lex Agapinan 10/03/2019 11:22 AMGood news: Not only is it eco-friendly, but taking cold showers also has proven health and cognitive benefits! https://www.fastcompany.com/3043767/the-scientific-case-for-cold-showers -
Lex Agapinan 10/02/2019 11:37 AMSmall actions turn into lasting habits. They also can help change your mindset; Switching to a reusable water bottle and coffee cup can have the effect of making you feel more "eco-conscious" which can spill over into other areas of your life. You don't have to buy an electric car and go zero-waste on day 1 to start thinking like an ecologically responsible person. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Lex Agapinan 9/30/2019 3:29 PMI would like to invest more time simply being present in my day-to-day. It's easy to get swept up in deadlines and priorities and forget to take care of one's self. I've fallen into that trap in the past and hope to avoid it in the future. -
Lex Agapinan 9/30/2019 3:25 PMExcited to get a good turnout for this year's Ecochallenge! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Lex Agapinan 9/30/2019 7:35 AMMaking an effort to get outside for a hike with my family every weekend is a great way to be active and appreciate nature.
