    my challenge is going good. so far I did all of them except for writing down 3 things i am grateful for. I took a 5 min shower and it was actually easier then i thought. I also went on a 6 min walk with my friends. i put my thermostat 2 degrees lower. the last thing i did was cook with out throwing anything out and I made eggs. I have to do wright happy things.

      that sound like fun but also tiering that sounds like one of the things my uncle like he works out for some reason it looks like nothing when he is running he is fast and i tried to keep up but he was just too fast for me to handel
