I do my best to avoid the list of items here, such as carrying a metal straw in a cutlery case, along with bamboo silverware and chopsticks, several reusable mugs, and cloth bags. But, sometimes vegetable bags get me, or more like plastic bags in the bulk section. I tend to reuse plastic bags at home, but I forget to put them...

October 17 at 5:40 PMThe trees in our neighborhood seem to be the most impacted. We've had a lot of trees cut in our neighborhood in the past few months, with no effort to replant, and it really hurts me to see the short-term mindset without anyone seeming to understand the consequences.

October 17 at 5:39 PMIt wasn't hard - I use it for getting to the gym we go to. We just walk to a local station either a TriMet train or a streetcar, and use the connections we need as they arrive.

(Incirlik AB, near Syrian border). ...Beyond geopolitical/global security, seems like an environmental risk of paramount importance....
