October 24 at 4:57 PMThinking ahead that I need to carry my mug with me.

October 23 at 2:03 PMI still struggle to remember my reusable containers when going out to eat. I find leftover containers from restaurants to be my biggest challenge.

October 22 at 4:17 PMBalance is important to sustainability because balance is peace. When striving to be sustainable it is easy to get overwhelmed with all that can be done. Bringing balance into the equation reminds one to do the things they can and honor what they have done. Today I spent time researching the indigenous peoples who lived on the land I now live...

October 20 at 2:03 PMI can help at events that educate people about how they can make more sustainable choices and I can lead by example.
