Cheryl Blacher 10/17/2019 11:39 AMI managed to get outside for a walk today. It has suddenly gotten COLD!! in the Michigan/Ontario region. I also went to bed earlier than usual last night , but ONLY because my flu shot made me feel slightly under the weather so my usual time-wasting practices didn't appeal. -
