  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health More Fruits and Veggies
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

This positively affect the planet by eating less meat because eating less meat will not involve the Carbon dioxide from the cows and animals like that.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Skip the Straw
How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

I incorporate the R's by reducing all kinds of plastic i've used in weeks and then make sure they go into the recycle. Then for repurpose things I could make stuff outta old things.
