    I typically don't drink coffee but when I do now I use a reusable coffee cup that looks like a coffee cup that you could get at a seven-eleven. I feel better now even though I know it is not that big of a deal but now I think about how many cup I would have thrown away.

    How is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?

    Planting trees is good for your mental health because its getting you out side and it has been scientifically proven that if you spend a few minutes outside it can clear your mind. It is good for you physical health because you are being physically active when you are planting the trees.
