    The best moment:

My 15 year daughter "needed" some things at the store and once we got there she looked at me and said, "I really don't need these mom, I just want them".  It was a wonderful moment as she had been watching my behavior as of late, and children really do learn by watching their parents!

It is amazing how many things we accumulate and what a difference we could all make by not buying anything outside of necessities for one week per month.

    Nature Enjoy the Sunrise/Sunset
Father Thomas Berry says, "...our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." Respond to Berry's assertion.

With the chaotic nature of the world today, taking time with nature is important for mental health.  It is important to stay connected as we continue to fight for the well being of our planet and ourselves.
